Opt-Out of Marketing Communications
You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by contacting us at privacy@techwavevoip.com.
Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we will still send you service-related messages, such as billing notices, security alerts, and account updates.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

What to Include
To help us process your request efficiently, please include:
- Your full name and email address associated with your account
- A description of the right you wish to exercise (access, correction, deletion, or portability)
- Any additional details that help us locate your information
Verification
For your protection, we will verify your identity before processing any privacy request. We may ask you to confirm account details or provide additional identification. We will not fulfill requests that we cannot verify.
Response Timeline
We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 days. If we need additional time (up to 45 more days), we will notify you of the extension and the reason.
Do Not Sell or Share My Information
TechWave VoIP does not sell your personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), or any other applicable state privacy law.

Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising
If we use any form of targeted advertising in the future, you will have the ability to opt out. Currently, TechWave does not engage in targeted advertising based on personal data shared with third-party ad networks.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
Appeal Process
If we deny your privacy request, you have the right to appeal. To appeal, send an email to privacy@techwavevoip.com with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal." Include the details of your original request and the reason you believe the denial was incorrect. We will respond to appeals within 60 days.
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of an appeal, you may file a complaint with your state's attorney general.
